Knowledge Base: Knowledge Base allows you to create an informative FAQ page for your website. This self-service resource helps customers find answers to common questions, reducing the number of support tickets and enhancing the user experience.

Ticketing System: Amy Desk centralizes all incoming tickets from the “Contact Us” page, making it easier for support teams to manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly. 

2. Amy Blog

It is a feature-rich application that enables companies to create and manage blog content directly on their website.

Content Creation and Categorization: Amy Blog allows users to create blog posts easily. The blog posts can be categorized into different topics or themes, making it easier for readers to find the content they are interested in. 

Publishing Options: Users have the flexibility to save blog posts as drafts for further editing or publish them immediately for their audience to read.

3. Careers Page 

The Careers Page is designed to help companies attract top talent and showcase job openings or career opportunities within their organization. It simplifies the job application process and serves as a platform for connecting employers with potential candidates.

4. Amy News Page 

Amy News Page is a dedicated platform for sharing news, press releases, and media updates with your website visitors. It allows companies to keep their audience informed about the latest developments and announcements.

News and Press Releases: Users can create and publish news articles or press releases to share updates about their company, products, or services.

Media Coverage: The Amy News Page allows users to include media coverage, such as articles or videos, from external sources that have covered their news.

To install and configure these apps:

• Go to the "Apps" section.
• Under "Hosted CMS," select the apps.
• An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email address upon selecting “Send OTP to Admin”.
• Provide your website URL, site key, security key, and the OTP received via email.
• You can now access the apps under "Amy CMS" in the left menu.
