How to use the Amy CMS apps for my website?

Add articles using Knowledge Base: 


1. To add an article, click on "Add article," select the relevant category and sub-categories, and enter the content.

2. You can choose to "Save as draft" or "Publish" the article for immediate visibility.

3. You have the flexibility to toggle article visibility on or off as needed.

4. Creating Categories:

  • To create a new category, navigate to Apps Setup > Amy Desk > Knowledge Base > Categories.
  • Select "Add", enter the Category Name and Description, then click "Save" to create the new category successfully.

5. Creating Sub-categories:

  • Choose the parent category, click "Add", and follow the same procedure as above.

6. Creating nested categories:

  • Choose the sub-category, click "Add", and repeat the same process to create nested categories.


View Tickets:


The Tickets section allows you to manage and view all the tickets raised through the "Contact Us" page of your website.


1. To address the tickets and start conversations with your customers, go to "Actions" and select "Reply".


Add blogs using the Blog Site: 


1. To add a new blog post, select "Add Blog" from the Amy Blog section.

2. Fill in the details:

  • Select the relevant category for your blog post.
  • Enter the headline to catch your readers' attention.
  • Provide a short and compelling description of your blog post.
  • Add tags to help organize and categorize your content.
  • Upload a captivating cover image to enhance the visual appeal of your blog.
  • Give credits and captions for the images used.
  • Craft your blog content, expressing your thoughts, ideas, and expertise.

3. After composing your blog, choose between "Save as draft" or "Publish":

  • "Save as draft" lets you store the blog for further editing before making it visible to your audience.
  • "Publish" makes the blog instantly available for readers to enjoy.

4. You have the flexibility to toggle article visibility on or off as needed.

5. Creating Categories:

  • To add a new category for your blog posts, navigate to Apps Setup > Amy Desk > Knowledge Base > Categories.
  • Select "Add," enter the Category Name and Description, then click "Save" to create the new category successfully.


Post jobs using the Careers Page: 



1. To post a new job, select "Post new job" from the Careers Page section.

2. Enter the following details for the job posting:

  • Job Title: Provide the title of the job position.
  • Job Location: Specify the location where the job is based.
  • Department: Choose the relevant department for the position.
  • Skills: List the essential skills required for the job.
  • Minimum and Maximum Experience: Specify the range of experience needed for the position.
  • Payment Type: Select the payment type for the job (e.g., hourly, salary, etc.).
  • Currency Type: Choose the currency used for payment.
  • Min and Max Salary: Indicate the salary range for the position.
  • Employment Type: Select the type of employment (e.g., full-time, part-time, etc.).
  • Work Type: Specify the work arrangement (e.g., remote, in-office, etc.).

3. Click on "Save & Next" to proceed to the next step.

4. Fill in the form:

  • Select the number of resources needed for the position.
  • Choose the industry to which the job belongs.
  • Select the Educational Criteria, including minimum Undergraduate and Postgraduate requirements.
  • Enter a detailed job description to attract potential candidates.

5. Click on "Publish" to successfully post the job on your website.


Upload press releases using the Amy News and Media Page:


1. To add a new press release, select "New press release" from the News and Media Page section.

2. Fill in the required details for the press release:

  • Headline: Enter the main title or headline for the news.
  • Sub-Headline: Add a brief sub-heading to provide more context.
  • Tags: Organize the news with relevant tags for easy categorization.
  • Release Date: Select the date on which the news was released.
  • Write your News and Media Content: Craft a compelling article or announcement to share with your audience.

3. After composing the content, choose between "Save as draft" or "Publish":

  • "Save as draft" allows you to store the news for further editing before making it visible to your audience.
  • "Publish" makes the news article instantly available for your website visitors to read.

4. To enter the channels that covered your news, follow these steps:

  • Select the article from the News and Media Page.
  • Click on "Covered by media" and then select "Add new coverage."
  • Choose the news channel or media outlet that covered your news.
  • Enter the caption, date of coverage, and the URL where the news coverage can be accessed.
  • Click "Save" to add this coverage to the article, which will be reflected on your website.
