To begin publishing your bench, navigate to the Publish People section. However, before proceeding with the publishing, make sure to fill in the necessary information and complete the verification process to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

Here, you are requested to fill in some details: Company Address, Company Verification, Bank Details, and Company Pitch. Click Allow and update the required details.

Alternatively, you may also navigate to Settings > Company info to fill in the details. 

After filling in the necessary details and submitting the required information, the Amy team will review and verify the provided information. This verification process ensures the legitimacy and quality of the companies joining Amy. Once verified, you will be able to fully utilize the features and benefits of Amy for your company. The verification process by the Amy team is typically completed within 2-3 days. 

Why is it necessary to provide Company Address?

Providing your company billing address is essential for verification purposes and to establish trust with potential clients. It helps ensure transparency and enables Amy and the clients to reach out to you easily. 

What is Company Verification and why is it required?

Company Verification is a crucial step to maintain the authenticity and credibility of the Software Services Agencies joining Amy. It involves verifying the provided company details to prevent any fraudulent or misleading information. 

Why are bank details needed?

Bank details are needed to facilitate smooth financial transactions between your company, Amy and the clients. It allows for secure and efficient payments for the services rendered. 

Why should I provide my company pitch?

You should provide your company pitch on Amy to showcase your business to potential clients. It's a way to attract clients who might want to hire your services through the platform. Once the Amy team verifies your pitch and other information, your company will be listed on their platform. To be listed, it's also important to publish your team members on Connect.

2. INVITE AND PUBLISH MEMBERS:

Once your company account is verified, you are ready to start publishing your bench. However, before proceeding, it is essential to invite the individuals you wish to publish. Once they have accepted the invitations and created their personal accounts, you can proceed by navigating to the Publish People section and choosing the members you want to publish on Connect.

How do I invite my employees or colleagues? 

To invite, go to:

Settings > Workspace Settings > Manage Members > Invite new members

The invited members will receive an invitation link via email. 

How to verify the Profile and Identity Details of the members I chose to publish on Connect?

To verify the Profile and Identity Details of the members you have chosen to publish on Connect, go to the “Verify Members” tab. From there, you can review and verify the information provided by the members. Additionally, you have the option to request them to complete their profile by sending them an email or web notification. Simply click on “Ask to complete” to initiate the notification process. 

Once the Profile and Identity Details are verified by the Amy team, how can I set up the price for the members?

You can proceed to set up the price for the members you have chosen to publish by clicking on “Setup price”. This allows you to define the rates or pricing structure for their services based on your company’s criteria and requirements.

How long will it take for my members to be published on Amy?

Once members' profiles, identities, and projects are verified, they can schedule interviews with Amy' Global Interview Network team. After interview qualification, they will be published on Amy Connect within 48 hours.

Please note that each of the aforementioned steps, including verification, and pricing setup undergoes verification by the Amy team. The Amy team ensures the accuracy, quality, and adherence to Amy’ guidelines throughout the process, providing a reliable and trusted platform for both software services agencies and clients.
